Buns and weddings

Hi

Last week was a real doozy, with three days were school lasted till 3 am, five days of work and my cousins' wedding.

Monday was school till 3 am and work at 4 am. Tuesday was school till 3 am, no work, but I had to finish my 4H assignment. Wednesday was school, work till 8.30 am, and then home. When I got home I made chocolate chip buns and heard the Tw radio play, Torchwood: Lost Souls.

Thursday was school till 3 am, then work. Unfortunately I could only manage two hours at work 'cause I had a major headache, cause being a football (soccer ball) to the back of my head.

Friday and Saturday was also work, which was way busy, due to the annual potato festival. Oh, don't I love it when there are loads of people standing in a queue. And what is even better is when the immigrants don't understand Norwegian or English, and just stare at me dumbly when I tell them how much they have to pay.

Saturday evening my friend and I were in my cousins' wedding. We were hired to serve the cakes and coffee, and to unpack the gifts. Everything went okay, until it was time to clean up.
We had to clean almost everything up after the wedding, in the middle of the night. We washed and washed and washed. I drove the gifts, the cakes and the bride's family back to my cousins' place. Then I loaded my car with my own parents, my friend and the groom’s parents, and drove them all home. I was home at 4 am, and all Sunday I walked around yawning my head off.

Well, it a new week, and no work, which is sooo good. And it's only 18 days till my family and I will visit my brother in New York. I'm looking forward to it.
