Hi again :)
Since I last posted I've finished with "How I met your mother" season 1, and boy was that fun. And how awesome is Barney! High five! Now I just have to find somewhere to see season two, three and four.
I've also started watching Dollhouse, and I'm enjoying it. Saw episode eight yesterday, and can I just say Victor/Sierra FTW!
I bought season one of "The Big Bang theory" when I was in the States, and I loved it immediately. After that it dragged on for a while, and my brother was saying how cool season two was, and I was like "I want to see it, but I have so many shows I see already!" But I broke down and started watching season two. And it was legen - wait for it! - dary!
Book wise I'm nearing the end of "Knife of Dreams", for the fifth time, or something. When I'm done with that, I'm going to continue reading "Necronomicon - the best of H.P. Lovecraft". I'm just about to start "The Call of Cthulu" and that is one of many I'm looking forward to.

Absence
Hi
I've been absent for a while, mainly due to the fact that my computer broke down and I had to ship it off for repairs.
But enough about dull stuff, I'm here with an update about my obsessions.
Since last time I've dived back into The Tribe, having left when I was about 14 year old. I've seen some of season 1, and I'm just in love with Amber and Lex, and the chemistry between the two. Unfortunately, I seem to be one of few.
I've read Brisingr, but I'm not in the mood for fan fiction, and I've started reading a Norwegian sci-fi trilogy, which is surprisingly good.
I've finally seen all of X-files, and I loved it! I cried when Scully gave up William, I cried when the lone gunmen died and I cried when the last episode ended, because it was such a great show.
Other than that not much has been going on. I've made a deal with a friend, saying that if she reads The Eye of The World, I will read the first book of Twatlight. And I will still think it is crap!

Bad Bunny
Hi
I've been absent, mainly because I couldn't be bothered to post an update. Sorry!
Since last time I've come into contact with some new shows. I've all but abandoned Torchwood fan fiction (I didn't do it voluntarily), I've begun watching One Three Hill and Supernatural and going crazy over Merlin. And at the same time I'm reading Brisingr, third book of the Inheritance series.
Over on Tor.com, I'm following the WOT re-read, which is great. It's a great way to keep us occupied until A Memory of Light comes out. Everyday I read updates on The Legacy Challenge, and it amazes me how many great legacies there are.
I'm also scouring fanfiction.net for Merlin stories, some good WOT stories and when I'm done with Brisingr I can read Inheritance stories too.
Gotta go, downloadings to be done,
Ine

Stupid conscience
I frigging hate my conscience sometimes, and I don't think my family realizes how it affects me. I always unload the dishwasher, because if I don't, I feel guilty because my mom has to do it, and she always says she has enough to do, and that we have to do something around here too. And between me and my little brother, I do everything around the house.
Another example just happened. I was out partying yesterday, and drank a lot. So today I'm suffering from a headache and a queasy stomach, which my mom knows. Earlier today I said I wanted McDonald’s food, which is kinda good even when you're hung over. Then, just now, she said that she was going outside, then I was going to come outside, then we were going to take a walk in Kleppeloen, a park, and after that, we were going to eat at McDonalds. First thing I said was "A walk? Are you crazy? I don't feel like taking a walk, I'm too nauseated". "It'll do you good," she said. No, it won't. I can feel bile rising at the thought of a walk right now. So she just goes outside.
Then, my conscience hits me and I feel guilty like shit. Why do I have to feel guilty, when I'm too sick to take a walk!

New Obsessions!!!
Hi and sorry for the absence. I didn't do it intentionally. Promise!
Lately I just haven't been feeling up to doing anything. The last month, december, just went by like that. School was kinda stressfull, and I had to work a lot more than I normally do.
Saturday was a long day, with work from 11 am til 7 pm, originally. Because my grandfather was going to celebrate his 70th birthday, I was allowed to leave at 6.15. Then it was to hurry home and get ready. We arrived, enjoyed(weeeeell...) a welcome drink which was way strong, and sat down for dinner. And what a dinner. It was lamb, grey goose and wild boar. The desserts were numerous, and also tasty. Luckily for my I had a great wine nearby, and nice people willing to get me to drink as much as I could. Around 11 I left for Bryne, Red Light and a triple 18th birthday. Once there I met up with Rebecca, who I hadn't seen since the summer. We had a blast, and around 1 am we left for the nachspiel. The nachspiel was held at Hansi's and we continued drinking there. Around 3 am we got tired, and decided to spend the night. At 7 am I was awoken by my mother calling the hear where I was.
Christmas was a great day, starting with me watching "three nuts for cinderella", which I do every christmas. After that I relaxed, untill it was time to go. We spend it at my grand-parents this year. We ate sheep and turkey, and for dessert there was "ricecream", which is rice porridge with cream. This year I got the almond, and the prize was a bag of chocolate. For christmas I got books, mainly Animorphs books, Buffy season 8 graphic novels, "Back to the Future" the trilogy, Coldplay's Living la Vida, and The September When's Judas Kiss.
Christmas is a great holiday, and I always look forward to it. But there is one thing that annoy me when we celebrate with my grandparents on my fathers side. It always makes me feel so poor. Okay, I get that one of my uncle's is way rich, and that the other has money too, but still. Giving your son a top quality laptop and a jacket worth about 500 dollars?
"Firts christmas-day", as we call it, was spend with my mother's side of the family. We had dinner and just spent it together. It was okay, boring, but okay. But of course they had to go and make my really feel remembered.
We had a present-swapping game, and I said that I was going upstairs. Yeah, that was fine thay said. A little later I came down to get something to drink, and everything was fine. I went upstairs and began thinking that it was kinda wierd that we hadn't had dessert yet. After that guests had left I came down to watch some television. I got up to look in the fridge, and lo and behold! what do I see? Dessert. I asked my mom when they had had dessert and she was like : "Earlier. You had too." I said that nobody had told me about the dessert. She said that is had been right after the swapping game, and I told her that nobofy had told me. She just went "Ohh, then we must have forgotten you." Yeah, mom, way to go and make me feel special. Nobody, in the whole freaking family, asked themselves why I wasn't there to eat dessert?
Sorry for the meltdown/rant, I just wanted to vent. Calming down now. What else...Ohh, yes!
Tonight my friend Jane and I went to the cinema. We saw Max Manus. It was fabulous. It is probably the best norwegian film I have ever seen. Everybody should see it.
Other than that, I've gotten some new obsessions. At my lj I'm posting my sims legacy, and though I haven't gotten far, it is quite entertaining.
Thanks to the facebook application "tetris friends" I've gotten addicted to tetris. I want to beat my friends at tetris sprint (I'm now no.1 with 2.24) and tetris ultra.
I was reading fandomsecrets one day, when I read a secret about some guys reading the animorphs books. I found the group on facebook, joined it and started downloading their shows. And it rocks! I love listening to those guys! I recommend it to everybody. Check them out on facebook, Animorphs the radio drama.
Hugs,
Ine

Busy *shameful*
Hi
It's been a while since I got back from the States, and I kept thinking "gotta post, gotta post" but my short-term memory loves to play with me, and made me forget, every single time!
The States was fab, I shopped til I dropped, ate my fill (way too much) and got to see very much. It was a holiday I won't forget!
After that it was busy at work and school, then I was paying attention to the American election (probably too much, if you ask my mum) and on last thursday I went to England to see Hamlet.
Hamlet was superb! And London was a blast. I went with my friend Kristina, and we had a very Doctor Who-y holiday. We visited the Doctor Who Exhibition at Earl's Court, and went shopping at Forbidden Planet. I even came home with all the books I wanted.
So, that's what's been up in my little corner.

Going overseas
Hi
Been a while since I last updated, but I thought I should leave a note about my whereabouts the last time and the next ten days.
The last week has been busy, with working, my parents celebrating their 50th birthday, tests at school and last minute deadlines to be reached. Not to forget that on Monday I got my last 4H project approved. I've now officially "graduated" from 4H. And they gave me a nifty check with 1500 NOK :)
Tomorrow, or in 13 hours, we're leaving for New York. We (me, my mother, my father and my youngest brother) are visiting one of my older brothers. We are staying in New York from Friday till Monday, and after that we are going to Amherst, MA. I'm so looking forward to it, and I doubt I'll be able to get much sleep tonight.
Well, that was all, I'll try to update while I'm on holiday.
Have a nice autumn vacation,
Hugs,
